Job Description


We are looking for qualified candidates who are positive, energetic, goal oriented, competitive, open to learn, and who enjoy challenges.


Our Real Estate Cold Callers are calling homeowners and prequalifying them based on our clients needs, while building a connection that leaves a positive impact.



Required Experience


1.  1+ years of Outbound Cold Calling/Sales


2.  Real Estate Experience is preferred but not required.


3.  Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.



Required Equipment


1.  Laptop or Desktop that is an i5 or better


2.  Windows 10 or higher operating system


3.  At least 8GB of RAM


4.  Must have LAN(ethernet cable) internet connection


5.  Internet Speed: 75mbps & up (100mbps preferred)


6.  Noise-cancelling headset -must be USB wired


7.  Backup Internet is a MUST at 55mbps or better.


8.  Backup power source - 8+hr power bank or generator.



Working Hours


1.  Philippine graveyard shift.


2.  40 hours per week.

Training:  $3hr USD


Client Campaigns:  $4hr USD and up

Email & Landing Page Copywriter


Job Description


We are looking for qualified candidates who are positive, energetic, goal oriented, detail focused, open to learn, and who enjoy challenges.


Our Copywriters produce and monitor a variety of email marketing campaigns, track and analyze email marketing campaign results, create copy for landing pages, websites, and funnels as well as create copy for social media contents and advertisements.


Copywriting applicant should be adept with at least two of the following copywriting languages: expository, descriptive, persuasive, narrative and technical.



Required Experience


1.  2+ years of experience in creating email marketing copy.


2.  1+ years of experience creating unique social media copy.


3.  Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.


4.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with remote team members.


5.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


6.  Ability to conduct research on any given topic.


7.  Experience with email marketing software and creating drip campaigns.
